TAPING DETAILS FROM SPORTS-TRAINER AT THE STADIUM SATURDAYS

• All players who require strapping prior to a game MUST provide their own strapping tape.

• Strapping tape is to be used to cover earrings.  *Please note:  earrings should be removed and only taped for instances where they can't be removed.

• Elastic Adhesive (stretchy) tape for long fingernails. Long nails require cotton wool to be placed under the nail first. Excessively long nails, even though taped, will not be accepted.

All tape mentioned can be purchased from the reception desk at the Waverley Netball Centre.

HEAT POLICY & WET WEATHER FOR  ST JUSTIN'S N.C. TRAINING DAY

Extreme weather is generally defined as extreme heat, rain, lightning, dust, wind, cold or any other condition that is considered to be unsuitable.

Training sessions -

In the event that the temperature is predicted to be 35 + degrees (training day) training will be cancelled.

This is for the players safety.

However this will be determined by the discretion of the coach (on TRAINING day), so please confirm this with your coach with relation to training in high temperatures (or heavy rain).
